The information provided allows us to collect payment, deliver orders, contact you to resolve any problems and, as necessary, make a follow up customer service call.

Note that some products have higher than actual weights to reflect their bulky, or unusual, size which affects packaging and postage costs.
We will only deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address you give us at the time you make your order. You will usually receive email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
In the event that there is no one available to receive the delivery, and instructions have been provided to leave the parcel, Vine House Limited or their couriers will not be responsible for the safety or security of the parcel if left in line with the instructions.
We aim to ship all goods within two working days of receiving your order, for delivery addresses within the UK we normally suggest you should allow 3 to 5 working days, following the day on which the order is placed. We are sorry, but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery. Note that orders delivered by the Royal Mail are not considered late until 15 working days after despatch.
Deliveries to other countries may take longer depending on destination; Europe typically 7 to 10 working days, Rest of World typically 10 to 14 working days. We are sorry, but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
Note that additional security checks may take place in certain countries. This may result in a delay in the delivery of orders to some countries.
International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. Vine House Limited is not responsible for these inspections or actions and the recipient will be responsible for any customs fees or taxes payable.
Should the recipient refuse to pay these charges, you will be liable to pay the return costs for the goods. If the return cost exceeds the value of the goods and the option of abandoning/ destroying the goods is chosen, no refund will be given for the order.
We aim to have all items displayed on our website in stock, if an error is made and the items are out of stock we will contact you directly. We will not send an alternative unless this is first agreed by you.
If you do not receive goods ordered within 30 days of the date on which you ordered then please notify us by e-mail, or in writing at our contact address.
Please note that we do not offer a specific delivery date for your order and a condition of placing your order is that you accept that thecandleselection (Vine House Limited) does not accept claims for consequential losses.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed; orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made.
If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must cancel your order, by contacting us as described above in the Returns section, no later than 14 calendar days following the day of delivery and you must return the goods undamaged back to us at thecandleselection, Unit D1, 83 Bison Business Centre, Leyland, PR26 7QR.
You are responsible for the return costs, which will not be refunded, as soon as possible.
You cannot cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are newspapers, magazines, personalised items, or if you have taken any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered.
Note that a full refund will be provided for the original order value; however, it shall be your responsibility to pay the return costs. Alternatively, advise us of a date and time to collect the product from the order delivery address and we shall collect the goods, note that if we collect the goods we shall charge you the collection costs.
For all cancellations/ returns, we require you to obtain a proof of post from the Post Office, courier, or similar, which if required, shall be provided to us as proof of return.
